About Carolina Supplies & Materials, Inc.
Carolina Supplies & Materials, Inc. dates all the way back, in its original incarnation, to 1930 when the Ford family founded it in beautiful Charleston, SC. Over the years its reputation as a leading supplier of building materials in the Lowcountry was well established. The current ownership began in 1997, 67 years after its original founding, dedicated to the same quality materials and service that built the business all those years ago.
Today we are a leading supplier of Oyster Shell / Bocce Ball Oyster Shell Mix, cement, masonry, sand, rebar, and many other products for everyone from the professional contractor to the passionate “do-it-your-selfer.” It’s a business with a strong foundation and a legacy that we are proud to continue building on and plan to continue that same way for many, many years to come.
We have recently moved our company and combined our product offerings with Carolina Building Materials, LLC. Our products now include Lumber, Cabinets, Windows, Doors, Hardware and of course, all of our Masonry Products. We have added another website for those products at www.carolinabuildingmaterials.com.
